摘要
吞咽障碍在脑血管意外患者中具有较高的发病率,本文回顾国内外文献,从脑电角度阐述吞咽的病理生理机制,分析了口腔前期、口腔准备期、口腔期、咽期及食管期这五个吞咽分期以及运动想象任务下的相关皮质活动,包括事件相关电位、运动相关皮质电位、皮层震荡以及功能连接脑网络,旨在利用脑电技术为理解疾病的病理生理机制、功能评估及诊断治疗提供一个新的视角.
Swallowing disorders have a higher incidence in patients with cerebrovascular accidents.This article reviewed domestic and foreign literature,expounded the pathophysiology of swallowing from the perspective of electroencephalogram(EEG),and analyzed the five swallowing stages of pre-oral,oral preparation,oral,pharyngeal,and esophageal phases and related cortical activities under motor imaging tasks,including event-related potentials,motor-related cortical potentials,cortical oscillations,and functionally connected brain networks.This paper aims to use EEG technology to provide a new perspective for understanding the pathophysiology of disease,functional evaluation and diagnosis and treatment.
