从双高项目遴选条件看中国高职学校的建设发展方向

On the Construction and Development Direction of China’s Higher Vocational Schools from the Perspective of the Selection Conditions of Double High Projects

《中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划项目遴选管理办法》(试行)(教职成﹝2019﹞8号)作为双高计划项目评选的基本依据已经发挥了决定性作用。如何从这些指标中找到应有的规律,推动高职学校建设和发展,这不仅关乎当前,更关乎长远和未来。从我国高职教育政策的历史和现状分析着手,结合对《办法》的理解,并从高职教育类型特色趋势分析,提出了中国高职学校建设发展的方向性思路:基础为底、质量为先、内涵为王、专业为基、改革为要,希望对中国高职教育的健康发展有所启迪。

The Administrative Measures for the Selection of High Level Vocational Schools and Professional Construction Projects with Chinese characteristics(Trial)(JJC[2019]No.8)has played a decisive role as the basic for the selection of double high plan projects.How to find the proper rules from these indicators to promote the construction and development of higher vocational schools is not only related to the current,but also to the long-term and future.Starting from the analysis of the history and current situation of higher vocational education policies in China,combined with the understanding of the measures,and from the analysis of the characteristics and trends of higher vocational education types,the author puts forward the directional thinking of the construction and development of China’s higher vocational schools:based on the foundation,quality first,connotation first,reform as the key,specialty as the basis,hoping to enlighten the healthy development of China’s higher vocational education.
