校地协同培养作为一种新的创新创业人才培养模式具有多元性、高端性和协同性的特点,是地方优化人才结构、院校提高人才培养质量、企业发现与留用优秀人才的内生动力。政府主导、校企主体,多元参与、协同一致,标准高端,要素控制分别是其组织、运行和质量控制机理。购买服务、定向培养,共建实体、合作培养,政策引导、集团培养是常见实施模式。为确保实效,政府、院校和企业应共同发力。

With characteristics of diversity,high-end,and synergy,co-education between the colleges and localities has been a new training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which can offer strong mover to optimize local talents structures,improve the quality of talents for colleges and employ talents for local enterprises.Government-led,school-enterprise main body,multiple participation,coordination,high standards,and element control are its organization,operation,and quality control mechanisms.Purchasing services,targeted training,joint construction of entities,cooperative training,policy guidance,and group training are common implementation models.To ensure effective results,the government,the colleges and the enterprises should make efferts together.
