摘要
通过从人工智能的学科范畴特质及其本质着手,探索人工智能的生命伦理悖论何以产生。从生命伦理学及其生命伦理原则以及与之相关的机器人学定律,探讨人工智能生命伦理悖论的三重样态,包括"不能伤害人类"的生命伦理悖论、"知情同意"的生命伦理悖论和"公平"的生命伦理悖论。在此基础上,从人工智能的顶层设计、底线思维和"用好最大增量"三重维度,探讨应对人工智能生命伦理悖论的方略,以推进人工智能及其与之相关的网络、信息科学、大数据等当代新科技的健康发展。
This article explores how the bioethical paradox of artificial intelligence(AI)arises from the characteristics and essence of this discipline.Starting from bioethics,bioethical principles,and the laws of robotics,this article probes into three forms of AI bioethical paradox,including the bioethical paradox of"doing no harm to humans","informed consent"and"fairness".On this basis,this article discusses strategies to deal with the bioethical paradox of artificial intelligence from three dimensions of top-level design,bottom-line thinking and"making good use of maximum increment"of AI,so as to promote healthy development of artificial intelligence and its related networks,information science,big data and other contemporary new technologies.
