人工智能医学伦理问题及对策研究

Research on the Ethical Issues of Artificial Intelligence Medicine and Its Countermeasures

提出智能医学在辅助诊断、精准医疗和疾病风险评估与预测等方面发挥了巨大作用的同时,也引发了数据安全、隐私泄露、主体争论等伦理风险和社会问题。分析智能医学的潜在伦理问题以及伦理冲突案例,探讨科技实践下的智能医学伦理规范,提出了智能医学技术发展和设计中的应遵循的以人为本原则、人机和谐原则、公开透明原则、强化伦理责任原则以及有效监管原则,更好地促进智能医学领域的健康快速发展。

Intelligent medicine has played a huge role in auxiliary diagnosis,precision medicine,disease risk assessment and prediction,but it also causes ethical risks and social problems such as data security,privacy disclosure,and subject disputes.Based on the analysis of potential ethical problems and ethical conflicts of intelligent medicine,this paper discusses the ethical norms of intelligent medicine under the practice of science and technology,and puts forward five principles:people-oriented,human-computer harmony,openness and transparency,ethical responsibilityreinforce,and effective supervision,so as to better promote the healthy and rapid development of intelligent medicine.
