从患者和患者家属的角度出发,借助标准化量表和自制的患者和家属调查问卷从肿瘤科住院患者群体中获取一手数据,反映癌症患者焦虑、抑郁和心理痛苦度及家属的真实感受和内心需求。研究人员通过t检验等统计学方法求证生前预嘱和病情告知对中国癌症患者心理的积极影响,并通过多元Logistic回归分析寻找影响患者心理痛苦的因素,发现完整的病情告知有助于改善患者抑郁的情况。文章认为需要进一步探索适合中国国情和文化背景的病情告知方式和生前预嘱方案,最终达到改善癌症患者治疗预后和生命质量的目的。

From the perspective of patients and their families,the study used standardized scales and self-made questionnaires for patients and their families to obtain first-hand data from the cancer patient population,reflected the anxiety,depression and psychological distress of the cancer patients and the true feelings and inner needs of their family members.The researchers used t-test and other statistical methods to verify the positive impact of living will and disease notification on the psychology status of Chinese cancer patients.They also used multiple Logistic regression to find factors that may affect the psychological distress of patients,and found that complete notifications of the disease helped to improve depression among patients.The article came to a conclusion that it was necessary to further explore the tactics of disease notification and living will suitable for China's actual conditions and cultural background,and ultimately achieved the purpose of improving the treatment prognosis and quality of life of cancer patients.
