个体化肠内医用食品用于化疗后粒细胞减少患者的临床观察

Clinical observation of individualized enteral medical food in patients with absolute neutrophil count decrease after chemotherapy

目的探讨个体化肠内医用食品用于化疗后粒细胞(ANC)减少患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月我院化疗的60例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,参考随机数字表法分为对照组、观察1组、观察2组,各20例。对照组为常规饮食,观察1组在对照组基础上口服能全素,观察2组在对照组基础上口服个体化肠内医用食品,对比3组治疗后ANC恢复正常时间、体能评分、实验室检查指标[血常规、血清白蛋白(GA)]。结果治疗1周后,观察2组ANC恢复正常时间与观察1组、对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察2组体能评分均低于观察1组与对照组,且观察1组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组GA、ANC、白细胞计数(WBC)均高于观察1组与对照组,且观察1组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化肠内医用食品用于化疗后ANC减少患者中能改善体能状态及血常规指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of individualized enteral medical food in patients with absolute neutrophil count(ANC)decrease after chemotherapy.Methods 60 tumor patients with chemotherapy in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group,observation 1 group and observation 2 group according to random number table,with 20 cases in each group.Control group was given routine diet,observation1 group orally took nutrison fibre based on control group,and observation 2 group orally took individualized enteral medical food based on control group.The mean recovery time of ANC,incidence of infection,adverse reactions of enteral nutrition,score of physical ability,laboratory examinations[blood routine,glycated albumin(GA)]after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the time of ANC recovery between the two groups(P>0.05);the physical fitness scores of the two groups were lower than that of the observation group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GA,ANC and WBC of the two groups were higher than those of the observation group 1 and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized enteral medical food in patients with ANC decrease after chemotherapy can decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,improve performance status and blood routine indexes.
