不同浓度盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of different concentrations of saline combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchopneumonia

摘要 目的探讨支气管肺炎患儿接受布地奈德联合不同浓度盐水雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年8月就诊于我院的80例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。A组行3%高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入,B组行0.9%等渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入,连续治疗5 d后,对比2组症状缓解时间、住院时间、肺功能、治疗安全性。结果A组肺部啰音、咳嗽持续时间与住院时间短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗5 d后峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)、潮气量、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)分别为(30.01±5.42)%、(7.45±1.62)m L/kg、(26.81±6.27)%,高于B组的(27.14±5.56)%、(6.37±1.34)m L/kg、(23.58±6.08)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论支气管肺炎患儿使用布地奈德联合3%高渗盐水雾化吸入能缩短症状缓解时间,改善肺功能,缩短住院时间,具有良好的安全性。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of budesonide combined with different concentrations of saline aerosol inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 80 children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group(n=40).Group A received 3%hypertonic saline combined with budesonide atomization inhalation,while group B received 0.9%isotonic saline combined with budesonide atomization inhalation.After continuous treatment for 5 days,the symptom relief time,hospital stay,pulmonary function and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of lung rale,cough and hospitalization in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B(P<0.05).After 5 days treatment,the peak volume ratio(VPTEF/VE),tidal volume and time to peak ratio(TPTEF/TE)in group A were(30.01±5.42)%,(7.45±1.62)ml/kg and(26.81±6.27)%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in group B(27.14±5.56)%,(6.37±1.34)ml/kg and(23.58±6.08)%,respectively.Conclusion Nebulized inhalation of budesonide combined with 3%hypertonic saline in children with bronchopneumonia can shorten the time of symptom relief,improve lung function,shorten hospital stay,and has good safety.
