摘要
目的比较改良大隐静脉点式剥脱术与传统大隐静脉手术的疗效。方法将我科2016年1月—2019年6月间收治的158例大隐静脉曲张患者随机分成2组,观察组80例使用改良大隐静脉高位结扎+点式剥脱术,对照组78例使用传统大隐静脉高位结扎+剥脱术。比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术毕至下床活动时间、术后出院时间均比对照组短,观察组术中出血量比对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的术后血肿、隐神经损伤发生率比对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改良大隐静脉点式剥脱术创伤小,患者术后恢复快,并发症发生率降低,且方法简便,值得推广。
Objective To compare the curative effect and complications of modified great saphenous vein punctiform stripping operation with traditional great saphenous vein operation,and to analyze the reasons for the reduction of complications.Methods A total of 158 patients with large occlusion varices who were admitted to our department from January 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:80 patients in the observation group and 78 patients in the control group.The observation group was treated with modified high ligation of the great saphenous vein plus punctiform stripping,while the control group was treated with traditional high ligation of the great saphenous vein plus decapitation.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,activity time from the end of operation to getting out of bed and discharge time after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the occurrence of postoperative hematoma and saphenous nerve injury in the observation group were less than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved saphenous vein point stripping is safe and effective,the trauma is small,the postoperative recovery is fast,the complication rate is reduced,and the method is simple and worthy of promotion.
