中药烫熨治疗非创伤性肩袖损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of non-traumatic rotator cuff injury by ironing with traditional Chinese medicine

目的观察中药烫熨在非创伤性肩袖损伤保守治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月—2018年12月期间因肩关节疼痛就诊的患者78例,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组35例。对照组采用常规保守治疗,治疗组在常规保守治疗基础上配合中药烫熨治疗,2组患者均于治疗前及治疗后第1周、2周、12周进行VAS评分,治疗后第12周采用UCLA评分评估肩关节功能。结果治疗组患者治疗后第1周、2周及12周的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后第12周UCLA评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于非创伤性肩袖损伤患者,配合中药烫熨治疗比单纯保守治疗更加有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the conservative treatment of non-traumatic rotator cuff injury.Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,78 patients with shoulder pain were selected,including 43 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ironing on the basis of conventional conservative treatment.The VAS scores of the patients in the two groups were performed before treatment,the first week,the second week and the 12th week after treatment,and the UCLA function score of shoulder joint was used in the 12th week after treatment.Results(1)The VAS scores of the two groups at the first week,the second week and the 12th week after treatment were statistically different,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was statistical difference in UCLA shoulder function score between the two groups at the 12th week after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with non-traumatic rotator cuff injury,ironing with Chinese medicine is more effective than conservative treatment alone.
