Research progress on acceptance and influencing factors of assistive technology in the elderly

对辅助技术概念及作用以及老年人对辅助技术的接受现状、评估模式及工具、影响因素进行分析和总结,指出接受度是影响老年人实际使用的关键因素,在辅助技术研发和应用阶段应关注老年人对辅助技术的接受度及影响因素,但是目前尚缺少标准的、权威的评估老年人辅助技术接受度的工具,建议重视评估工具的开发,开展辅助技术教育,并加强政策支持,加大研发符合老年人特点的辅助技术的力度。

It analyzed and summarized the concept and function,as well as the current situation of acceptance among the elderly,evaluation models,tools and influencing factors of assistive technology.It was pointed out that acceptance was a key factor affecting the elderly's actual use of assistive technology.At the stage of development and application of assistive technology,we should pay more attention to the acceptance and influencing factors among the elderly.However,there was no standard and authoritative tools to evaluate the elderly's acceptance of assistive technology.It was adviced to attach importance to the development of assessment tools,carry out assistive technology education,strengthen policy support and strengthen the development of assistive technology in line with the characteristics of the aged.
