Research progress on the epidemiology and intervention of subthreshold depression in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment

分析国内外轻度认知损害老年人阈下抑郁的流行病学及干预研究现状,建议在社区范围内开展相关疾病的筛查工作,且在采取心理干预之前需了解老年人的目前情绪调节存在的问题及需求,以帮助老年人正确应对负性情绪。

This paper analyzed the epidemiology and intervention status of subthreshold depression in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment in China and abroad.And it was suggested to carry out the screening work of related diseases in the community,and to understand the existing problems and needs of the elderly's current emotional regulation before psychological intervention,so as to help the elderly correctly deal with negative emotions.
