摘要
阐述我国社区护士的培养现状,分析社区护士在培养过程中存在的问题,积极采取应对措施,为社区护士的培养提供科学依据,促进社区护士人才队伍的发展。
It expounded the status quo of community nurses training,and analyzed the problems existing in the process of community nurses training,actively took countermeasures,in order to provide scientific basis for the training of community nurses and promotethe development of community nurses.
