丹参多酚酸联合rt-PA对进展性脑梗死疗效与神经功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of rt-PA and salvianolic acid on hemorheology and nerve function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction

摘要 目的分析进展性脑梗死患者应用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)结合丹参多酚酸盐治疗的效果及对其患者神经功能等方面的影响。方法任选80例2017年1月—2019年1月期间河南神火集团职工总医院收治的进展性脑梗死患者,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,对照组采用rt-PA治疗,研究组联用rt-PA与丹参多酚酸盐治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的血浆黏度为(1.2±0.3)mPa/s,红细胞比容为(40.8±1.9)mol/L,纤维蛋白原为(2.1±0.4)g/L,均显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的全血低切、高切黏度与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组NIHSS评分为(5.9±1.1)分,有效率为92.5%,与对照组的(10.7±1.8)分及70.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rt-PA与丹参多酚酸盐联合应用,可有效改善进展性脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标,减轻患者神经功能损害,提升患者治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant tissue-plasminogen activator(rt-pa)combined with salvia polyphenols on the treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction and the effect on their neurological function.Methods Totally 80 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted to henan shenhuo group workers general hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Results after treatment,the plasma viscosity of the study group was(1.2±0.3)mPa·s,the erythrocyte specific volume was(40.8±1.9)mol/L,and the fibrin was(2.1±0.4)g/L,all of which were significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the viscosity of low cut and high cut(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was(5.9±1.1)points,and the effective rate was 92.5%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(10.7±1.8)points and 70.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion rt-pa combined with salvia polyphenols can effectively improve hemorheology indexes in patients with progressive cerebral infarction,reduce neurological impairment,and improve the therapeutic effect.
