基于生丝洁净标准样照的数字评分模板的构建与实现 被引量:1

摘要 目前生丝洁净成绩的检验采用人工目测法,为使生丝检验客观化,文章在生丝黑板洁净标准样照电子图像的基础上,通过图像处理、特征值提取与优选、曲线拟合等步骤,构建了生丝洁净数字评分模板。首先,进行丝条区域的去除、疵点分割和断点连接等处理;然后,对图像的疵点密度等7个特征值进行提取并优选;最后,通过曲线拟合的方法,构建了基于疵点密度、疵点总面积百分比、最大疵点面积、疵点面积标准差和分形维共5个特征值方程的数字化评分模板。对生丝待测样品进行分析,并采用已建立的模板进行评分。结果表明,模板所评洁净成绩与人工检测结果具有很好的吻合性。 At present,the neatness of raw silk is evaluated by manual visual inspection.In order to make the raw silk inspection objective,a raw silk neatness digital score template based on the electronic image of raw silk blackboard neatness standard sample imageswas constructed through image processing,feature value extraction and optimization as well as curve fitting.First,the removal of normal silk area,defect segmentation and breakpoint connection were conducted.Then,seven feature values such as the defect density were extracted and optimized.Finally,a digital scoring template for the five feature value equations of the total defect area percentage,the maximum defect area,the standard deviation of the defect area,and the fractal dimension was constructed by using the curve fitting method.The raw silk samples to be tested were analyzed and scored with the established template.The results show that the neatness results evaluated by the template are in good agreement with the results of manual inspection method.
