全聚纺与四罗拉网格圈紧密纺集聚区三维流场模拟与对比分析 被引量:1

Simulation and comparative analysis of three-dimensional flow field incomplete condensing and four-roller compact spinning system

摘要 为了探究四罗拉网格圈紧密纺纱系统和全聚纺纱系统集聚区气流对须条集聚的影响,文章利用AUTOCAD创建了四罗拉网格圈紧密纺纱系统和全聚纺纱系统的物理模型,利用ANSYS Fluent Release 16.0计算集聚区流场数值,表征流场分布并对比分析了两者速度分布规律。研究结果表明:两者的静压分布规律相同,气流从集聚区两侧流入内侧;两者集聚区的前区、中区、后区速度分布情况大致相同,而两者对应的三个区域的速度分布规律不同;综合分析两者静压和速度的分布规律及成纱质量分析,全聚纺具有更好的集聚作用。 In order to investigate the influence of aggregation region airflow on convergence effect in four-roller compact spinning system and the complete condensing spinning system,the physical model of the four-roller compact spinning system and the complete condensing spinning system was established by using AUTOCAD software.ANSYS Fluent Release 16.0 was used to carry out numerical simulation of the flow field and characterize the airflow distribution in the aggregation region.Velocity distribution rules of the two systems were also compared and analyzed.The results show that the static pressure distribution law of the two is the same,and the airflow flows into the inside of the aggregation region from the both sides.The velocity distribution of the front zone,the middle zone and the back zone in agglomeration areas is roughly same,but the velocity distribution rules of the three corresponding regions are different.The distribution rules of static pressure and velocity,and yarn quality analysis were analyzed comprehensively.The result indicates that thecomplete condensing spinning has better agglomeration effect.
