摘要
减压自动煮茧机采用“真空+”技术,PLC程序控制,真空渗透与煮茧一体化结构完成煮茧。可以根据原料特性采用一次、二次渗透;减压状态下进行吐水、蒸煮;在调整保护过程中按照制丝生产要求,设定调整水、渗透水、常温水的进水量并在减压状态下完成。可以充分均衡煮熟蚕茧内层的同时又保护了蚕茧外层。为了让生产企业更好地掌握减压煮茧机特性,文章分析了减压自动煮茧机的工作原理及工艺参数设置及调试方法,以JYZJ-20190530程序为例详细阐述了各个时序作用,并介绍了多家企业实际生产的工艺经验,以利于制丝企业提高煮茧质量。
The equipment of decompressed automatic cocoon-cooking applied the technology of"Vacuum+",programming control of PLC,integration of vacuum permeation and cocoon cooking to complete the job.Once or twice permeation is used based on characters of raw material;Guttation,steaming and cooking is proceeded under reduced pressure;Water inflow of adjusted water,permeated water and normal temperature water is set in the process of adjustment and protection according to silk manufacturing requirements.Thus,the equipment can cook inner part of cocoon thoroughly and evenly and protect outer part of cocoon at the same time.The working principle,process parameter setting and testing methods of the equipment of decompressed automatic cocoon-cooking are analyzed to help manufacturing enterprise to better understand the characters of the equipment.Take an example of JYZJ-20190530 Program,all time series functions are fully explained,the practical manufacturing experiences of multiple enterprises are introduced to improve the quality of cocoon cooking.
