摘要 在玻璃纤维(玻纤)增强聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料中,分别研究了不同矿物、碳化抑制剂、增容剂、黑色色粉等对PPS/玻纤复合材料的相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)的影响。结果表明,高长径比矿物/玻纤复配可以提高PPS/玻纤复合材料的CTI,有散热性能的勃姆石效果更为显著,添加碳化抑制剂有助于提高PPS/玻纤复合材料的CTI值,增容剂的加入可以提高PPS/玻纤复合材料的缺口冲击强度,但对CTI无提升作用,增容剂含量过高会降低PPS/玻纤复合材料的阻燃性和耐热性,炭黑和有机苯胺黑不适合用于高CTI的PPS/玻纤复合材料开发,可以使用2份的铁黑。 In the glass fiber reinforced PPS material system,the effects of different minerals,carbonization inhibitors,compatibilizers,and black toners on the CTI performance of the system were studied.The results show that the high aspect ratio mineral/glass fiber compound can improve the CTI value;boehmite with heat dissipation performance is more significant.The addition of carbonization inhibitors can improve the CTI value.The addition of compatibilizer can improve the notched impact strength of the material,but it does not improve the CTI.If the content of the agent is too high,the flame retardancy and heat resistance of the material will be reduced.In the development of black high CTI PPS materials,carbon black and organic aniline black are not suitable for use,and 2 phr iron black can be used as a substitute.
