摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机和注塑机制备哑铃形尼龙6(PA6)/石墨烯复合材料样条,研究不同石墨烯含量对PA6晶体结构、热行为、断面形貌和力学性能的影响。研究表明,添加石墨烯诱导PA6由γ晶型向α晶型转变,在216℃和221℃附近出现分别归属于γ晶型和α晶型的熔融峰,随着石墨烯含量的增加,PA6的结晶度和结晶温度均出现先升高后降低的趋势;石墨烯质量分数低时,分散均匀,当石墨烯质量分数高于0.03%时,出现团聚现象;当石墨烯质量分数为0.03%时,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均最大,分别为116.26 MPa和333.34%,与纯PA6样条相比,分别提高了25%和30.68%。
Polyamide(PA)6/graphene composite dumbbell splines were prepared by twin-screw extruder and injection molding machine.The effects of different graphene contents on the crystal structure,thermal behavior,cross-sectional morphology and mechanical properties of PA6 were studied.The results show that the addition of graphene induces the crystal transition of PA6 fromγ-crystalline form toα-crystalline form,and the melting peaks belonging to theγ-crystalline form andα-crystalline form appear at around 216℃and 221℃,respectively.The crystallinity and crystal temperature of PA6 tend to increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of graphene content.When the mass fraction of the grapheme is low,the dispertion is uniform,and when the mass fraction of the graphene is higher than 0.03%,agglomeration occurs.When the mass fraction of the graphene is 0.03%,the tensile strength and elongation at break are the largest,which are 116.26 MPa and 333.34%,respectively.Compared with pure PA6 spline,they increase by 25%and 30.68%,respectively.
