摘要
近年来填充特定的材料阻燃聚乳酸成为研究的热点,综述了国内外关于无卤、无污染的磷系、氮系、膨胀型、无机粒子、生物质成炭剂以及金属有机骨架等材料阻燃聚乳酸的研究,介绍了不同材料对聚乳酸阻燃性能的影响及其阻燃机理。同时对比了不同阻燃剂阻燃聚乳酸的优缺点,展望了阻燃改性聚乳酸的发展方向。
The development of flame-retardant polylactide(PLA)mainly focuses on using special filler in recent years.Then preparation of the flame resistance PLA via filling with halogen-free and pollution-free materials such as phosphorus system,nitrogen system,expansion type,inorganic particles,biomass charring agent and metal organic framework was reviewed.The effect of different flame retardants on PLA and the flame-retardant mechanism were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different flame retardants were found.The developing direction of flame-retardant PLA was proposed.
