痰液中结核分枝杆菌检测的虚拟仿真实验建设 被引量:6

The design and implementation of an experiment virtually simulating detection of Mycobacterium tuber culosisin sputum

摘要 目的探讨痰液中结核分枝杆菌检测的虚拟仿真实验建设,评估虚拟仿真实验在临床医学教学中的应用效果及学生反馈。方法通过对189名参与虚拟仿真实验教学的学生进行问卷调查,测试虚拟仿真实验教学的学生反馈、效果、优点、存在的问题等。结果本研究详细阐述了人体痰液中结核分枝杆菌检验虚拟仿真实验教学系统的建设和教学模式,总结了虚拟仿真实验的教学特色。虚拟仿真实验中被试学习者内部动机的平均分为4.59,显著高于传统教学模式的平均分3.18(P<0.05);对于自我效能水平,虚拟仿真实验参与者的平均分为6.18,高于传统教学模式参与者的平均分数5.11(P<0.05);在微生物知识的掌握水平上,虚拟仿真实验参与者的平均分为7.55,显著高于传统教学模式参与者的平均分5.67(P<0.01)。结论虚拟仿真实验教学对学生临床技能的学习有一定价值,不仅能开阔学生的视野,更能激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,虽然它在真实性方面存在局限性,但虚拟仿真实验教学能达到预期的教学效果。 To explore the design of an experiment virtually simulating detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum and to evaluate its effectiveness,including feedback from students regarding use of the simulation in practical teaching of clinical skills.Methods A total of 189 students who were taking an undergraduate microbiology course were randomly selected to be taught with the simulated experiment or with a traditional PowerPoint presentation(PPT).All students were administered a test before and after instruction to determine their knowledge of microbiology,intrinsic motivation to study microbiology,and self-efficacy in the field of microbiology.Results The devising of an experiment virtually simulating detection of M.tuberculosisin human sputum is described in detail,and its characteristics are also summarized.An independent samples t-test revealed significantly different scores for knowledge of microbiology,intrinsic motivation,and self-efficacy.The average score for a student’s internal motivation was 4.59,which was significantly higher than that with traditional teaching(3.18,P<0.05).The average score for participant self-efficacy in the virtual experiment was 6.18,which was also higher than that with traditional teaching(5.11,P<0.05).The average participant score for mastery of microbiology knowledge in the virtual experiment was 7.55,which was significantly higher than that with traditional teaching,where the average score was 5.67(P<0.01).Conclusion Results indicated that a simulated experiment is a valuable way to learn clinical skills.Not only does it broaden a student’s vision,it also encourages a student’s initiative and enthusiasm to learn.Results demonstrated that the simulated experiment provided instruction with the expected effectiveness,although there are still some limitations to its authenticity.
