Management practice on chemicals in environmental and resource laboratory in"Double first-class"university

该文立足"双一流"背景下新工科和新农科对环境与资源类实验室建设要求,依据化学品分类、采购、使用和保管等化学品全过程安全监管原则,结合环境与资源类化学品管理的自身实践,提出并践行了责任制、信息化、集约式的闭环减量消危的化学品安全管理措施。通过三年的实践,在实验室化学品安全管理方面充分发挥了作用。

Based on the requirements of new engineering and new agriculture for the construction of environmental and resource laboratories under the background of"Double first-class"construction,according to the principles of chemical safety supervision in the whole process of chemical classification,purchase,utilization and storage,and in combination with the practice of envir on mental and resource chemicals man agement,this paper puts forward and implements the chemical safety management measures of responsibility system,information technology and intensive closed-loop reduction and hazard elimination.Through three years of practice,it has played a full role in laboratory chemicals safety management.
