摘要
丙烯酸交联聚合物(包括卡波姆和聚卡波菲)作为眼部凝胶给药系统中优良的生物黏附剂,能延长眼部滞留时间从而提高药物在眼部的生物利用度。本文综述了近年来基于丙烯酸类聚合物的眼部给药系统的剂型特点、物理性质、体外释药行为、稳定性、眼部药动学和生物利用度、安全性及新应用进展。
The acrylate crosspolymers like carbomers and polycarbophils are used as excellent bioadhesive agents in ophthalmic drug delivery system,which can prolong the retention time of drugs in the eyes and thereby improve the bioavailability of the drug.In this paper,the recent advances in the research on the formulation characteristics,physical properties,in vitro release behavior,stability,ocular pharmacokinetics and bioavailability,safety and the novel applications of acrylate crosspolymers for ophthalmic drug delivery system are reviewed.
