壳聚糖-氧化石墨烯复合水凝胶在骨缺损中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着生物医学技术的发展,制备可降解且低毒性的水凝胶材料逐渐成为治愈骨缺损的研究热点。壳聚糖与氧化石墨烯复合材料具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性以及有利于成骨分化等优点,制成的水凝胶在治愈骨缺损方面展现出很好的应用前景。本文主要综述了壳聚糖与氧化石墨烯及其复合水凝胶材料在骨缺损中的应用,包括壳聚糖与氧化石墨烯水凝胶和其与金属离子、无机材料组成的三相复合物在骨缺损和骨感染中的应用,还可以包载一些抗炎、抗菌的药物以及一些生长因子,例如:万古霉素、辛伐他汀、BMP-2等,为骨缺损和骨修复的治疗提供一个新的思路。 With the development of biomedical technology,the preparation of degradable and low toxicity hydrogel materials has gradually become a research hotspot for curing bone defects.The chitosan and graphene oxide composites have good biocompatibility,biodegradability and osteogenic differentiation,the prepared hydrogels have a good application prospect in curing bone defects.We mainly review the application of chitosan,graphene oxide and its composite hydrogel materials in bone defects,including chitosan,graphene oxide hydrogels and their three-phase composites with metal ions and inorganic materials.In the application of bone defects and bone infections,it can also contain some anti-inflammatory,antibacterial drugs and some growth factors,such as vancomycin,simvastatin,BMP-2,etc.,to provide a new idea for the treatment of bone defects and bone repair.
