温室型太阳能-除湿干燥室干燥杨木单板的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Poplar Veneer Drying Using a Greenhouse Solar-dehumidification Drying Chamber

摘要 利用温室型太阳能-除湿干燥室,采用开式模式、闭式模式和组合模式干燥,分析干燥速率、能耗及干燥模式对杨木单板质量的影响。结果表明:本试验条件下,空窑或闭式模式室内温度高于室外23~27℃;初含水率99.21%的单板预干至30%,闭式模式耗时3 h,干燥速率为21.39%/h,耗电量为5.56 kW·h/m3;当含水率由30%降至12%左右,闭式、开式模式干燥分别耗时1、3 h,对应的干燥速率为16.56%/h、5.70%/h。闭式模式借助除湿机在排出水分的同时回收热量,缩短了干燥时间,相比于组合模式可降低干燥能耗。 Using a greenhouse solar-dehumidification drying chamber at various modes,including open-mode,closed-mode and combined-mode,the drying process,the drying rate,the energy consumption and the quality of poplar veneer were evaluated.The results showed that under the conditions,at the air-dry kiln or closed-mode,the indoor temperature was about 23~27℃higher than the outdoor temperature.When the veneer with an initial moisture content of 99.21%was pre-dried to 30%,the closed-mode drying took 3 h,and the drying rate was 21.39%/h,the energy consumption was 5.56 kW·h/m3.When the moisture content of veneer was reduced from 30%to about 12%,the closed-mode and open-mode drying process took 1 h and 3 h respectively,with corresponding drying rate of 16.56%/h and 5.7%/h.The closed-mode used the dehumidifier to recover heat while discharging water,which shortens the drying time.Compared with the combined mode,it can also reduce drying energy consumption.
