全媒体网民社会心态分析与意识形态风险治理

Analysis of Social Mentality of All Media Netizens and the Governance of Ideological Risks

社会心态作为包含着社会价值观的一种宏观社会心理结构,长期以来是西方国家把控本国与影响他国意识形态,获得领导权、主导权的主要手段。面对重大疫情或生老病死,社会心态的内在特质表现得更为清晰,出现整体向基础性社会心态“下沉”、内群式“抱团”、向事件之外多元化偏移的演进趋势。对社会心态与意识形态内在关联的分析与把握,有利于更加清晰地看到社会心态的发展变化与意识形态风险之间千丝万缕的内在联系。社会心态的优化,可以有效化解意识形态风险,要坚持以网上网下一体化综合治理为原则,以提升政府领导力和公信力为后盾,以实现全媒体网民价值引领凝心聚力。

As a kind of macroscopic social psychological structure,social mentality contains social values.For a long time,it has been the main means for western countries to control their native ideology and influence those of the other countries.In face of the pandemic or birth,old age,illness and death,the inherent characteristics of social mentality are more clearly displayed.There are evolutionary trends of“sinking”of social mentality,group phenomenon and diversified offset.Social mentality and ideological risk are inextricably linked.To optimize social mentality,we should take a comprehensive control of both online mentality and offline mentality,enhance government leadership and credibility and cohere with Socialist Core Values.
