肿瘤药事质控在教学中的应用

Application of Pharmaceutical Management and Quality Control of Cancer Drugs in Teaching

目的:探讨肿瘤药事质控在教学中的应用。方法:通过对抗肿瘤药临床应用管理体系的构建及药学服务质控路径的梳理,明确人才培养专业化和抗肿瘤药管理规范化的重要性和手段,阐明药事质控工作的质控点,形成肿瘤药事质控教学方案,并应用于肿瘤药学教育中。结果与结论:抗肿瘤药临床应用管理体系的构建是肿瘤药事质控实施的基础,肿瘤药事质控路径教学方案的实施有利于培养知识结构合理、职责明确的现代化肿瘤药事质控人才。肿瘤药事质控教学方案可为肿瘤药事质控工作的顺利开展和实施及肿瘤规范化治疗提供参考。

OBJECTIVE:To explore the application of pharmaceutical management and quality control of cancer drug in teaching.METHODS:Through the construction of clinical application management system for anti-tumor drugs and quality control path of pharmaceutical services,the importance and means of professionalization of talent cultivation and standardization of anti-tumor drug management were clearly defined.Moreover,the quality control points of the quality control work of pharmacy were clarified.Therefore,a quality control teaching program for cancer drugs was formed and applied to cancer pharmacy education.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The construction of the clinical application management system of anti-tumor drugs is the basis for the implementation of quality control of cancer drugs.The implementation of the quality control path teaching program for cancer drugs is conducive to cultivating and building a modern cancer drug quality control talent with reasonable knowledge structure and clear responsibilities.The quality control teaching program of cancer drugs can provide reference for the development and implementation of quality control work of cancer drugs and standardization treatment.
