黑龙江省高校羽毛球专项人才培养模式创新性研究

Innovative Research of Badminton Special Talent Training Model in Heilongjiang Province

以羽毛球专项人才培养模式为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对黑龙江省高校羽毛球专项人才培养模式现状进行调查分析,从黑龙江省高等院校羽毛球专项教学改革的角度探讨羽毛球专项人才培养模式,提出面向社会需要培养人才,满足黑龙江省对于羽毛球专项人才的需求,促进专项人才的就业和服务全民健身。

Based on badminton specialty training mode as the research object,the status of badminton special talent training in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province were investigated through literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The badminton specialty personnel training mode was explored from the perspective of the badminton teaching reform in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.It is suggested to gear to the needs of society,so as to meet the demand for badminton specialty talent in Heilongjiang Province,and to promote special talent employment and service national fitness activities.
