基于产教融合协同育人的应用型人才培养模式创新探析

Exploration of Training Mode Innovation of Applied Talent Based on the Cooperative Education of the Enterprise and School

为了促进学生综合素质的全面发展以及专业教学与产业经营的结合,缓解毕业生就业难的现状,分析了职业院校应用型人才培养中存在的问题,提出了产教融合、协同育人下高校应用型人才培养模式的创新策略。应转变人才培养理念,创新人才培养内容、人才考核模式,调动企业积极性,提升教师教学水平。

In order to promote the comprehensive development of student’s comprehensive quality and cooperation of specialty training and industry operation,and to release the situation of difficult employment of graduates,the paper analyzes the problems of applied talent training in vocational colleges,proposes the innovative measures of the cooperation of the enterprise and school.It is suggested to transform the talent training concept,innovate talent training content and talent examination model,mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprise,and improve the teacher’s teaching level.
