“Inheritance and Innovation”——Based on Research of the Social Development Needs of University Architecture Talent Training

为满足行业需求,更好地培养新型建筑学科人才,阐述了混合型交叉学科教学体系调整,分析了层级性模块化教学模型建设,包括通识基础教育模块、专业教育训练模块、定位拓展训练模块。提出了创新研究能力培养的方法:以新工科为背景,社会需求为导向,秉承教育传统与创新、学科交叉与融合,建立全贯通的教学模块与多维度教学体系,竞赛嵌入、第二课堂、科教融合+校企合作,实现“教学阶段——课程体系——教学安排——模块教学”培养方式的转变,培养符合社会职业需求的双能型建筑类人才。

In order to meet the requirement of the social demand as the orientation,we have established a fully integrated teaching module and a multi-dimensional teaching system,including basic education module,professional education training module and orientation outward bound module.The methods of innovative research ability training are proposed,including based on engineering course,oriented by social demand,adhering to education tradition and innovation,and through interdisciplinary and integration,establishing cut-through teaching module and multi-skilling system,and adding competition,the second class,research and teaching integration+cooperation of school and enterprise,to achieve the transformation of the training mode of“teaching stage-curriculum system-teaching arrangement-module teaching”,and to train dual-energy architecture talent that meet the demands of social occupation.
