应用型高校学生助理培养模式研究

Research of Student Assistant Training Mode in Applied Colleges and Universities

为了有效提高学生的职业素养和就业竞争力,促进地方普本院校向应用型、技术型高校转型升级,阐述了发展应用型高校、培养应用型人才的意义。这是我国经济社会发展转型、产业结构调整的必然需求,是区域高校发展的重要使命和任务,是促进学生就业、缓解社会就业矛盾的需要。提出了应用型高校学生助理培养模式体系建设的方法。应建设与完善制度,科学设置学生助理岗位,促进学生素质拓展。

In order improve the professional quality and employment competitiveness of students,and to promote the transmission of local ordinary undergraduate universities into applied and high-tech colleges,the paper expounds the meaning of the development of applied colleges and of training applied talent.This is the requirement of economic and social transmission and industrial restructuring transmission,the important mission and task of regional colleges and universities,and the need of promoting student’s employment and releasing social employment conflict.The methods of student assistant training mode system construction in applied colleges and universities are proposed.It is suggested to construct and perfect system,scientifically set student’s assistant position,and promote student’s quality expansion.
