摘要
在新媒体背景下实现大学生个性化就业,应进行积极的指导。目前,大学生就业面临许多问题,如就业茫然,因循守旧,墨守成规,产生双向依赖心理。对心仪岗位要求过高,却水平达不到,而一般岗位又觉得自己大材小用,价值无法体现,人职不匹配现象严重。受传统思维的约束及影响,很多曾经想出去打拼的青年人开始求稳,报考国企、公务员、事业单位,这变成了首选。父母不希望孩子离家太远,子女也舍不得父母,想依靠父母来帮助自己找工作,无法独立。对此,提出了新媒体背景下大学生个性化就业的指导方法:利用网络阵地创新就业指导,建立全员化网格指导体系,发挥网络平台的信息指导作用。指导大学生挑选到适合自己的就业信息,并在第一时间与企业进行对接,提高大学生的就业率和就业质量。
It is necessary to actively guide the individuality employment of undergraduates under new media background.Nowadays,undergraduates face many problems,such as employment confusion,having poor innovation and bidirectional dependencies.They have high requirements for the post,but don’t have enough ability.But when they get an ordinary post,they tend to find they can’t display their talent,and can’t realize their value.Restricted by the traditional thinking,many undergraduates register for state-owned enterprises,civil servant and public institution examinations instead of striving for their dreams.Parents don’t want children to leave far away,and so do the children.They want to rely on their parents to find the job for them instead of being independent.So,the paper proposes the guidance method of individuality employment of undergraduates under new media background,including innovating employment guidance through internet,establishing grids guidance system for all,and giving full play for information guidance of internet platform,in order to help undergraduates to find suitable employment information,make a connection with enterprises timely,and improve employment rate of undergraduates and their quality of employment.
