新时期家庭教育与学校教育关系探析

为了培养出卓越的人才,形成更为全面、成熟的教育观,分析了家庭教育与学校教育的现状,阐述了家庭教育对学生素质教育的影响以及家庭教育对学校学业教育的影响,指出:家庭教育与学校教育都对人的成长发挥着重要作用,家庭教育直接影响着学生的学习状态,对学校的教育质量形成影响力,而学校教育也在一定程度上弥补着家庭教育的不足,二者关系密不可分。家庭教育应与学校教育合力,以塑造人才新形象。

In order to train excellent talent,and form more comprehensive and mature education concept,the paper analyzes the situation of family and school education,expounds the influence of family education on student’s quality education and family education on school education.The paper points out that family and school education both play important role in man’s development,and that family education directly impacts the student’s studying situation and the education quality of the school.The school education make up the disadvantages of family education,and the relationship between them is inseparable.Family education should be cooperated with school education to shape the new image of the talent.
