摘要
为了创新图书馆管理形式和内容,提高图书馆的服务质量,分析了图书馆管理信息化建设中存在的问题:缺乏信息化建设意识,缺乏专业管理人员,缺乏必要的资金支持。提出信息化背景下图书馆管理的创新策略:应创新管理机制,分类管理资料,以人为本,提高服务质量,优化管理方式,提升管理效率,完善服务模式,合理运用手机App与微媒体,强化数据管理能力,解决文献资源服务的突出问题,合理利用云计算技术,打破传统的文献管理模式。
In order to innovate the form and content of library management,and to improve the service quality of library,the paper analyzes the problems in library information management,i.e.there is lack of information construction consciousness,professional managers and capital support.Innovation strategies of library management under information background,i.e.to innovate management mechanism,classify management material,be oriented by people,improve service quality,optimize management method,improve management efficiency,perfect service mode,rationally use mobile phone App and micro media,strengthen data administration ability,solve the prominent problem of literature resource service,rationally use cloud computer technology,and break out traditional literature management mode.
