在网络信息技术不断发展进步的背景下,针对医院图书馆的信息化管理建设时存在的各种问题,提出管理策略。应加强服务社区信息资源数据库建设,增加建设期资金投入,开展特色服务,提高资源利用率,全面提高工作人员专业素质,从而提高医疗资源共享率,促进医疗事业发展。

Under the background of the continuous development of network information technology,management strategies are proposed according to the problems of informatization management of hospital library.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of service community information resource database,increase capital investment during construction period,develop special service,improve resource utilization rate,and comprehensively improve staff specialized quality,so as to improve the sharing rate of medical resource and promote the development of medical career.
