摘要 高压加氢装置管道由于应用工况复杂、严苛,合理的管道材料设计,是保证加氢装置安全运行的一项重要因素,同时加氢装置的高压管道对装置的安全运行、工程投资及建设工期有直接影响。由于加氢装置存在多种复杂的腐蚀类型,因此加氢装置的高压管道选材时应分析具体使用部位的工况和腐蚀环境,综合考虑介质的腐蚀、管道布置、管道元件制造的加工工艺性、经济性、可施工性等因素,选用合适的管道材料。针对该部分管道的应用特点,为保证管道工程质量,应对高压管道的制造、施工、检验、试验等提出具体要求,其中对管道施工质量影响较大的因素主要有管道现场的焊接、对接焊缝的无损检测和焊缝的热处理等,需要根据具体情况,选用合适的无损检测方法和热处理方案。 Due to complicated and harsh application conditions,reasonable pipe material design is an important factor to ensure safe operation of high-pressure hydrogenation unit.Meanwhile,the high-pressure piping has a direct impact on the safe operation,construction period and investment.Because of the complicated corrosion types,it is necessary to analyze the working conditions of specific parts and corrosion environment when select materials for the high-pressure piping.And appropriate piping materials were selected by taking into account the corrosion of medium,the layout of piping,the processing property,economy and constructability of component manufacturing.According to the application characteristics of the high-pressure piping and in order to ensure the quality of pipeline engineering,specific requirements should be put forward for the manufacture,construction,inspection and test of high-pressure pipeline.The main factors that have a great impact on the quality of pipeline construction are the welding of pipeline site,NDT of butt weld and heat treatment of weld,etc.Appropriate NDT methods and heat treatment should be selected according to the specific situation.
