提高黑龙江上部烟叶工业可用性探讨

Discussion on Improving the Industrial Availability of Tobacco Top Leaves of Heilongjiang Province

为提升黑龙江省上部烟叶的工业可用性,对其进行了探讨。对工业企业对龙江烟叶的需求、上部烟叶外观质量、上部烟叶主要化学成分、部烟叶感官质量等问题进行了分析,提出提高上部烟叶工业可用性的建议。将改善大田群体结构作为提高上部烟叶可用性的技术方向,把“黄亮软”作为改进烟叶外观质量的判断指标,把稳碱降氯作为协调烟叶化学成分的考核指标,把评吸质量满足高档卷烟配方需求作为提升可用性的验证标准。

In order to improve the industrial availability of tobacco top leaves of Heilongjiang Province,the paper analyzes demands of tobacco leaves from industrial enterprises,appearance quality,sensory quality and chemical component of tobacco top leaves,etc.,and proposes suggestions for improving the industrial availability.This study indicates the industrial availability of the improvement of top tobacco leaves.It is suggested to change the technical direction for improving industrial availability of top tobacco leaves,to regard“yellow,bright and soft”as the assessment indicator for improving appearance quality of top tobacco leaves,to use the alkali control and chlorine reduction evaluation indicator for coordinating chemical components of top tobacco leaves,and the smoke panel test quality satisfying top grade cigarette recipe as the verification of promoting usability.
