通脉颗粒联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果研究

Research of Clinical Effect of Tongmai Granule Combined with Vinpocetine Treatment on Patients with Convalescent Cerebral Infarction

分析通脉颗粒联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果。选取阳江江华医院2018年4月—2020年4月收治的60例脑梗死恢复期患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组和研究组,每组各30例。参照组采用通脉颗粒治疗,研究组采用通脉颗粒联合长春西汀治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果显示,治疗前两组的日常生活能力(Barthel)指数和神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分基本一致(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的Barthel指数和NIHSS评分均显著高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组的不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。给予脑梗死恢复期患者通脉颗粒联合长春西汀治疗,有助于提升患者的治疗有效率和安全性,可促进患者的康复。

The clinical effect of Tongmai granule combined with Vinpocetine treatment on patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.60 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction in Yangjiang Jianghua Hospital from April,2018 to April,2020 were selected,and they were divided into control group and research group according to the random sampling method,with 30 patients in each group.Control group received Tongmai granule,and research group received Tongmai granule combined with Vinpocetine.Clinical effect of two groups was compared.There was no significant difference in daily life ability Barthel index and NIHSS of two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment those in research group were better than control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency in research group was better than control group(P<0.05).The adverse effect of the research group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Tongmai granule combined with Vinpocetine can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of treatment,and promote the patients’recovery.
