复合维生素和多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血效果研究

Research of the Effect of Multivitamin and Polysaccharide-iron Complex Capsule Treatment on Pregnant Women with Iron-deficiency Anemia

采用复合维生素和多糖铁复合物胶囊联合治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血,探究其临床疗效及妊娠结局。选择2019年1-10月来清远市妇幼保健院产科门诊检查的妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕妇200例为研究对象,按照计算机表法将其分为A组与B组,每组各100例。A组采用复合维生素片治疗,B组采用复合维生素和多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,比较两组孕妇的血液学指标、并发症发生情况及围产儿的结局。结果显示,B组孕妇的各项血液学指标均明显优于A组,孕妇的产后并发症发生率明显低于A组,围产儿结局明显优于A组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。复合维生素和多糖铁复合物胶囊可明显改善缺铁性贫血孕妇的贫血状态。

Multivitamin and polysaccharide-iron complex capsule was used to treat iron-deficiency anemia.Clinical effect and pregnancy outcome were explored.200 pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia in Obstetrics Department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qingyuan City from January to October,2019 were regarded as research objects,and they were divided into Group A and B,with 100 cases in each group.Group A received multivitamin capsule treatment,and Group B received multivitamin and polysaccharide-iron complex capsule treatment.The haematological index,complication and perinatal infant of two groups were compared.The results showed that haematological index of Group B was significantly better than Group A,complication rate was significantly lower than Group A,and perinatal infant outcome was significantly better than Group A.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivitamin and polysaccharide-iron complex capsule can significantly improve anemia situation of pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia.
