摘要
分析帕利哌酮缓释片治疗急性精神分裂症的临床效果。选择2019年2—11月间在哈尔滨市第一专科医院治疗急性精神分裂症的200例患者,对患者均匀分组,每组各100例。采用常规利培酮治疗的为基础组,接受帕利哌酮缓释片治疗的为实践组,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果显示,实践组患者的治疗效果显著大于基础组患者,最终治疗总有效率为98.0%,超过基础组的92.0%(P<0.05);实践组患者在治疗安全性上,包括运动功能、便秘与嗜睡等不良反应出现率(8.0%)小于基础组(14.0%)(P<0.05)。帕利哌酮缓释片对急性精神分裂症的治疗效果更加显著,不良反应发生率低于基础组,可以缩短患者的治疗时间,提高患者的生活质量。
Clinical effect of paliperidone extended-release tablets treatment on acute schizophrenia was analyzed.200 patients with acute schizophrenia in the First Affiliated Specialized Hospital from February to November,2019 were divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.Control group received conventional risperidone,and observation group received paliperidone extended-release tablets.Clinical effects of two groups were compared.The result showed that clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group.The overall effective rate of observation group was 98.0%,which was better than 92.0%in control group(P<0.05).In treatment safety,adverse reaction rate of observation group was 8.0%,which was less than the control group(14.0%).Paliperidone extended-release tablet treatment on acute schizophrenia has significant effect,with less adverse reaction rate.It can shorten the treatment time,and improve patient quality of life.
