小儿流行性感冒的临床护理效果观察

Observation of Clinical Nursing Effect of Children’s Influenza

观察小儿流行性感冒的临床护理效果。选择2019年4月—2020年5月在哈尔滨市儿童医院接受小儿流行性感冒治疗的86例患儿,随机分为两组,每组各43例。甲组患儿实施全面护理,乙组患儿实施基础护理,对比两组的负面情绪评分、感染复发率、流行性感冒症状积分、生活质量评分。结果显示,干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分差异显著,甲组显著低于乙组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿感染复发率有明显差异,甲组感染复发人数40例,占93.02%;乙组感染复发人数33例,占76.74%,甲组的感染复发率低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.3445,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患儿的流行性感冒症状积分、生活质量评分不显著,差异无统计学意义(t=1.4545,P>0.05);护理后,两组患儿的流行性感冒症状积分、生活质量评分有显著差异,甲组患儿的流行性感冒症状积分低于乙组,甲组患儿的生活质量评分高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.2344,P<0.05)。对流行性感冒患儿进行全面护理干预,既可提升患儿的护理满意度,又能提高其生活质量,建议在临床推广使用。

Clinical nursing effect of children’s influenza was observed.86 patients received children’s influenza treatment in Harbin Children’s Hospital from April,2019 to May,2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.Group A received whole nursing,and Group B received basic nursing.Negative induced emotion score,infectious relapse rate,influenza symptom integral and living quality score of two groups were compared.The results showed that before intervention,there was no significant difference of anxiety and depression score in two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,there was significant difference,and Group A was significantly lower than Group B(P<0.05).There was significant difference in infectious relapse rate of two groups.There were 40 children with infectious relapse in Group A,accounting for 93.02%;and there were 33 children with infectious relapse in Group B,accounting for 76.74%.The infectious relapse rate of Group A was lower than Group B,with statistically significant difference(χ^2=6.3445,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in influenza symptom integral and living quality score between two groups(t=1.4545,P>0.05).After nursing,there was statistically significant difference,influenza symptom integral in Group A was lower than Group B,and living quality score in Group A was higher than Group B(t=1.2344,P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention of children with influenza can not only improve patients’nursing satisfaction,but also improve quality of life.So it is worth clinical promotion.
