摘要
要将节能技术应用在电气自动化中,切实提高资源的利用效率。其应用原则为实用性、安全性及保证电力设备的运行效率。节能技术在电气自动化中的应用主要包括降低导线能耗,选择节能型变压器,注重补偿无功功率设备的损耗。电线的布置应尽量选择直线路径,减少线路的长度,避免线路大量绕弯,同时增加电力线路的横截面积,这样能够有效降低电力线路的自身电阻和电阻对电力的消耗。可以选用三相四线的供电模式或单向自动补给设备,将单相用电设备接在三相电源上,这样能够确保电能在输送过程中的稳定性和平衡性。需结合系统的实际情况筛选出相应的电容器装置,将其作为无功功率设备的补偿装置。在电气自动化技术的应用过程中,应充分融入节能技术,加大科研力度,以保证整个电气自动化系统的节能效果。
It is suggested to apply energy-saving technology in electric automation,and to improve the utilization efficiency of resource.Its application principle is to ensure the practicability,safety and the operation efficiency of electrical equipment.Energy-saving technology application in electric automation mainly includes reducing wire energy consumption,selecting energy-saving transformer,and focusing on compensating reactive power equipment compensation.We can select straight path when we allocate electric wire to the great extend,shorten the circuital length,avoid a lot of circuit circuit,and increase the circuital cross sectional area to effectively reduce circuital resistance and the consumption of electric.We should select three-phase four-wire power supply mode or one-way automatic supply equipment,and connect single phase electric equipment to three-phase supply to ensure the steady and balance of electric energy in transportation process.We can screen out corresponding capacitor according to actual situation,and regard it as the compensation device to reactive power.In the application process of electric automation,we should fully integrate energy-saving technology,and strengthen scientific research in order to ensure energy-saving effect of overall electric automation.
