我国火车站春运客流分析——以襄阳站为例

Analysis of Passenger-flow of Spring Festival Travel Rush in the Station in China——Through Taking Xiangyang Station as an Example

襄阳火车站位于湖北省襄阳市,属于武汉铁路局管辖内的一等站段,是陕西、河南、湖北三大省份交界处客货运量最大的车站。每年春运期间,襄阳站都面临较大的客流压力,存在进站口数量不足、工作人员配备不足、日常旅客组织方案不适用春运期间客流等问题。应当提升乘降组织工作,提升工作人员业务能力,做好集聚大客流及大范围列车晚点预案,确保春运出行安全有序。

Xiangyang station locates in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province.It is the the first level station administered by Huhan Railway Bureau,and it has the largest passenger and freight volume at the border of Shaanxi,Henan and Hubei Province.During Spring Festival travel rush,Xiangyang station counters large passenger flow.There are many problems,such as inadequate entrance number and working staff allocation,and daily passenger organization scheme not suitable for passenger-flow of Spring Festival rush,etc.It is suggested to improve organization work and work staff professional qualification,make pre-arranged planning of collected passenger flow and large-scope behind schedule,and ensure safety and orderly Spring Festival travel rush.
