摘要 介绍了4套1.5 Mt/a国产超低压连续重整技术(SLCR)设计及工业应用情况。4套装置在主要流程设置、关键设备选型各不相同工况下,均一次投产成功,运行平稳。标定结果显示,装置各项操作参数均在设计范围内,设备运行良好,主要技术指标达到或优于设计值,催化剂磨损低,烟气排放满足环保要求。上述结果表明:SLCR技术核心设备反应器、再生器采用新型结构是成功的;进出料换热器选用焊接板式或缠绕管式均达到回收热量、节能降耗目的;加热炉设置余热回收可进一步回收烟气余热,降低排烟温度;主要技术指标芳烃产率、纯氢产率等均达到或优于设计值,4套装置的设计、建设和生产是成功的。 The design and commercial application of four 1.5 MM TPY super low pressure continuous reformer(SLCR) are introduced. Under different working conditions of main process settings and key equipment selection, four units have been successfully put into production and run smoothly. The results of performance test show that operating parameters are within the design range, the equipment run well, the main technical indexes reach or exceed the design values, the catalyst dust is low, and the flue gas emission meets the environmental requirements. The above results show that the new designed structure of SLCR reactor and regenerator is successful. As for the combined feed exchanger, the heat recovery and energy saving can be achieved by plate heat exchanger or spiral-wound heat exchanger. The waste heat recovery system in the furnace can further recover the waste heat of the flue gas and reduce the exhaust temperature. The main technical indexes, such as aromatics yield and pure hydrogen yield, all reaches or exceeds the design values. The design, construction and production of the four units are successful.
