摘要
介绍了连续重整装置焊接式板式换热器运行情况及产物侧压力降升高的过程,对可能造成板式换热器产物侧压力降上升的原因进行分析。通过分析发现重整进料重组分含量高,使得反应生成的胶质聚合结焦是造成板式换热器产物侧压力降升高的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过降低反应器出口温度改变板式换热器温度分布,实现利用重整生成油清洗附着在板式换热器上的胶质等杂质的效果,并通过生产实践得到验证。
This paper introduces the operation of the welded plate heat exchanger in the continuous reforming unit and the process of increasing the pressure drop on the product side, and analyzes the possible causes of the rising of the pressure drop on the product side of the plate heat exchanger. Through analysis, it is found that the main reason for the increase of the product side pressure drop in the plate heat exchanger is the high content of the reformer feedstock and the polymerization and coking of the resin formed in the reaction. The corresponding solutions are put forward. It is creatively designed to change the temperature distribution of plate heat exchanger by reducing the outlet temperature of the reactor. Using reformate oil to clean the colloid and other impurities attaches to the plate. It is verified by production practice.
