“双一流”背景下高校教师党支部建设研究——以广东高校为例

Research on the Construction of Party Branches of Teachers under the Background of"Double First-class"--Taking Guangdong Universities as an Example

高校教师党支部对于把党的路线方针政策落实到高校基层和推动高校改革发展都有重要意义,高校教师党支部要积极适应高校“双一流”建设的发展需要,为其提供坚强的组织保障。文章以广东高校为例,分析了“双一流”建设背景下高校教师党支部建设的重要作用,同时借鉴广东高校的典型做法提出了高校教师党支部可以通过完善组织架构、树立工作典型、推进党建和业务的融合、做好高知群体的政治引领、加强支部工作保障等途径,更好地服务于“双一流”建设。

The teachers'party branch in university has great significance in implementing the party's line,principles and policies at the grass-roots level and promoting the reform and development of universities.To provide strong organizational support,teachers'party branch in university should actively meet the needs of development in"double first-class"construction.The thesis takes universities in Guangdong province as examples to analyze the great importance in construction of teachers'party branch in university under the background of"double first-class".Meanwhile,based on the typical practice of universities in Guangdong province,the author argues that the teachers'party branch in university can play a positive role furtherly by improving the organizational structure,establishing work models,promoting the integration of party construction and work,implementing the political guidance of the high-knowledge group and strengthening the work guarantee of the party branch.
