应用型人才培养模式下的仪器分析实验设计——以紫外-可见吸收光谱法为例 被引量:1

摘要 以介质阻挡放电降解和紫外-可见吸收光谱法测定相结合,设计了有机染料的降解与监测实验用于仪器分析实验教学。对放电电压和放电时间进行了实验条件优化,在150V电压下放电15分钟,甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的降解率分别达到86.7%和93.6%,降解效果理想。实验设备、方法简单,降解和检测快速、高效,有助于学生在掌握紫外-可见吸收光谱仪的基本原理和操作的基础上了解染料降解和检测过程,增强学生的创新意识和环保意识,提高其知识应用及解决实际问题的能力,促进学科交叉融合。 Based on the combination of dielectric barrier discharge degradation and UV-Vis absorption spectrometry,an experiment on degradation and monitoring of organic dyes was designed for instrument analysis experiment teaching.Conditions including voltage of discharge and time of reaction were optimized.As a result,under the voltage at 150 V,the degradation rates of methyl orange and methylene blue reached to 86.7%and 93.6%respectively within 15 min.The equipment and method of the experiment are simple,degradation and detection are fast and efficient,which is helpful for students to understand the basic principle and operation of UV-Vis absorption spectrometer as well as the degradation and determination process.Meanwhile,students'awareness of innovation and environmental protection is improved,so are their ability of knowledge application and solving practical problems,and also promote multidisciplinary cross fusion.
