校地合作框架下政治学类专业“1+2+3”人才培养模式探析

当前我国高校政治学类专业学生的培养模式陷入机械化、非实用性的困境,具体培养方案的设置与用人市场的需求存在断层,毕业生在就业市场相较社会工作、行政管理等专业学生优势较小。通过分析、借鉴兴义民族师范学院、河北大学、内蒙古财经大学等高校在政治学类专业培养上的革新,反思政治学类专业学生培养模式上的现实不足,将政治学类专业学生的培养置于当前校地合作的框架下,创新提出政治学类专业“1+2+3”人才培养模式,培养适用于党政机关、社会团体的新时代政治学类专业青年人才。

At present,the training mode of political science majors in colleges and universities in China is in the plight of mechanization and non-practicality,and there is a gap between the setting of specific training programs and the needs of the employment market.Graduates have no advantages than students majoring in social work and administration in the job market.This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the innovation in the training of political science majors in Xingyi Normal University,Hebei University and Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics.The practical shortcomings of the training mode of political science majors is considered.And the training of political science majors under the current framework of university-local cooperation and the"1+2+3"talent training mode for political science majors is put forward in order to train young political science professionals in the new era who are suitable for party and government organs and social organizations.
