This paper discusses the possibility and feasibility of the extension of ideological and political work in colleges and universities to the field of continuing education.Taking the continuing medical education of Tianjin Medical University as a typical case,it introduces the individualized attempt under the background of the big project with distinctive features,both universality and typicality,hoping to throw bricks and lead jade to provide reference for the reform and development of continuing education.
