摘要
主要介绍了一款小功率动磁式直线发电机,具有体积小、结构紧凑、效率高的特点。根据直线发电机特点,建立了结构和动力学模型,针对具体的参数进行了方案设计,在磁场仿真软件中进行仿真建模,采用对拖实验测试了实际样机性能。根据实测数据对比,仿真数据基本有效,输出电压差异在5%以内,输出功率在12%以内。
A small power moving magnet linear generator was introduced,which has the characteristics of small size,compact structure and high efficiency.Based on the characteristics of linear generators,the structure and dynamics models were established,and the scheme was designed for specific parameters.The simulation modeling was performed in the magnetic field simulation software,and the actual prototype performance was tested by the dragging test.According to the comparison of the measured data,the simulated data is basically valid,the output voltage difference is within 5%,and the output power is within 12%.
